During the 2023 college football season, Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis suffered a significant injury that left him unable to continue playing. Despite this setback, he is now focused on finding an NFL team to draft him in 2024. Currently, Travis is meeting with the Jets and showcasing videos of his skills, particularly his passing abilities, as reported by Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Despite being projected as a late-round draft pick, Travis’ solid performance in college has attracted interest from NFL teams. His injury may have hindered his chances of making it to the College Football Playoff in 2023, but he remains optimistic about his recovery progress and is anticipating full clearance by the summer. Nonetheless, he will have to prove himself during training camp in order to secure a spot on an NFL roster.

Florida State was performing exceptionally well during the 2023 college football season and was on track to make it to the playoffs. However, Travis suffered a fractured and dislocated left ankle on November 18th, which abruptly ended his season and potentially hindered the Seminoles’ chances of securing a playoff spot. Despite this setback, Travis remains determined to excel at the professional level and is focused on finding an NFL team that will give him a chance to do so.
