Banner Health Bids Farewell to Longtime CEO Peter Fine, Welcomes New President and CEO Amy Perry

His pay package that year was $12.4 million, which included retirement pay that had been accrued but not paid out. Despite his departure from Banner Health’s board of directors, he remains committed to ensuring a smooth transition and continued success for the organization.
