Felix Demin, a businessman with a passion for planes, discovered an old Boeing 737 that had been abandoned and decided to repurpose it in a unique way. He transformed the old aircraft into a luxurious mansion now known as the Private Jet Villa.

Demin had always dreamed of living in a plane without necessarily flying it. The mansion is located in Bali, Indonesia, where it is rented out as a fascinating accommodation option. The exterior and structural design of the mansion are still recognizable as an airplane, but it has been converted into a high-end hotel.

The Private Jet Villa sits atop a cliff overlooking Nyang Nyang Beach in Bali, offering stunning views of the Indian Ocean from 150 meters above sea level. Surrounded by lush greenery typical of Indonesia, the villa is available for rent on platforms like Airbnb, catering to couples and small groups seeking a unique and luxurious stay.

The project was not without its challenges. Moving tons of metal to the top of a mountain in Bali was no easy feat, as reported by Xataka. However, Demin received financial support from businessman Alexander Lebedev to cover the costs of establishing the hotel.

The interior design of the Private Jet Villa reflects its aviation past, with modern amenities and luxury features added to create an unforgettable experience for guests. The villa’s unique location provides an opportunity for visitors to experience both luxury and adventure while exploring Bali’s stunning scenery.
