AxiCom and GCI Health have been recognized as the Best Consultancies to Work For in EMEA and the UK, respectively. The honor was based on a survey of PR agency employees in the region conducted by Provoke Media over the past few months.
Creating a positive workplace culture that is diverse, inclusive, and flexible has become increasingly important in today’s business world. Companies must be able to accommodate a range of work preferences and prioritize the mental health of their employees. Additionally, diversity, equity, and inclusion continue to be important issues, and the organizations surveyed in this study shared their initiatives in these areas alongside strategies for retaining employees.
Both AxiCom and GCI Health will receive their trophies at the SABRE Awards ceremony, scheduled to take place at The Troxy in London on April 17. Tickets and tables for the dinner are currently available, as well as tickets for the EMEA Summit happening at London’s Ham Yards on the same day.
