Google has recently launched a new feature on the Play Store that enables users to download and install two applications simultaneously on their smartphones, eliminating the need for each application to complete its download individually. Prior to this update, users had to wait for each app to finish downloading before they could proceed to the next one, leaving other apps on a pending list. However, with the latest version of the Play Store app (40.6.31), users can now track the progress of two simultaneous downloads in both the store and on their home screen.
The new feature is limited to new downloads only, and if a user tries to download more than two apps at once, any additional apps will be placed on a waiting list until both currently downloading apps are completed at the same time. This update simplifies the download process for Android users and provides them with a more efficient and streamlined experience when it comes to downloading and managing apps on their devices through the Play Store.
In addition to this new feature, Google has also made other improvements to the Play Store that aim to enhance user experience. These updates demonstrate Google’s commitment to continuously improving its services and providing its users with a better and more efficient platform for downloading and managing apps on their Android devices.
