The CEO of 360 Behavioral Health, an autism therapy provider located in Chatsworth, California, is stepping down from his position. Rob Marsh will be transitioning to a board member role while exploring other opportunities. He assumed the CEO role in January 2022 and will complete his tenure on April 30. Kate Sheldon-Princi, the current chief operating officer, will serve as the interim CEO following Marsh’s departure.

Since its founding in 2003 by Ali Sadeghi and Leili Zarbakhsh, 360 Behavioral Health has undergone significant changes under various leaders. In August 2018, the company was acquired by private equity firm DW Healthcare Partners. Dennis Kogod was the CEO and executive chairman at the time of acquisition, followed by Paul Fischer who served as the CEO from February 2019 to November 2021. During Marsh’s tenure as CEO, a round of layoffs was implemented due to stagnant payer rates and challenges in staff recruitment and retention. However, the business has since stabilized with improved rates and hiring practices. The company is now focusing on expansion plans to open two locations in Nebraska.

This latest CEO transition is just one of several leadership changes within the autism therapy industry. Recently, leaders of other major providers like BlueSprig Pediatrics and NeurAbilities Healthcare have announced their departures.
