The Brooklyn Center Community Health Fair, one of the largest city-run events in the area, is set to relocate to a new venue this summer with the aim of boosting attendance and attracting more vendors. Last year, over 1,000 people visited the fair, where they had the opportunity to browse through offerings from more than 75 vendors.

This year, the Community Health Fair is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 10 at Brooklyn Center High School from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The goal is to make this event more accessible to residents who may not be familiar with the resources available in the town. Joe Cardoza, Brooklyn Center Communications Manager, emphasized the importance of creating a sense of community and providing an enjoyable experience for all attendees.

The fair has seen continuous growth in both participants and vendors in recent years, demonstrating its increasing popularity within the community. Cardoza noted that the event has evolved to accommodate the growing interest and support from the public.
