The success of recent events like Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour and Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé has paved the way for movie theater operators to take on a new role as distributors. Last year, AMC Theatres disrupted the Hollywood studio system by distributing these films, which grossed over $261.6 million and $43.9 million respectively. This success opened doors for AMC to explore new business ventures in the movie industry.

Prior to her role at AMC, Tierney worked at Fandango leading the integrated marketing team, where she gained valuable experience in partner marketing for various brands. Her expertise in this area will be a valuable asset in her new role at AMC Theatres.

Frank stated that their past projects have paved the way for an exciting new business venture for AMC that will bring more music artists to audiences on the big screen than ever before.
