Spire Motorsports has announced a multi-year contract with Michael McDowell to join the team next season. This comes after McDowell’s decision not to renew his contract with Front Row Motorsports. McDowell has been driving for Front Row since 2018 and has had notable achievements, including winning the 2021 Daytona 500 and last year’s Cup race on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course.

Spire Motorsports president Doug Duchardt expressed excitement about the partnership, praising McDowell’s winning experience and NASCAR Playoff pedigree.
