The 16th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems (ACIIDS) was held from April 15 to 17 at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah. The conference brought together experts in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to discuss the latest developments in these areas.

The three-day event, attended by 150 delegates from 43 countries, featured a total of 120 research papers presented, making it an esteemed international platform for scientific research on information systems and smart databases. Keynotes and sessions covered a range of topics including AI in computational analysis, AI in social networks, machine learning algorithms, generative processing models, natural language processing, cyberscience in digital transformation, and AI-based medical analysis.

Professor Stephen Wilhite, the Dean of the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, expressed his commitment to research and his enthusiasm for hosting intellectually stimulating events. He emphasized the importance of critical analysis and interpretation in academic settings that focus on information systems and smart databases. Dr. Kholoud Salama, Chair of the Computer Science Department, highlighted the collaborative and innovative nature of the conference, providing a platform for researchers to exchange ideas and shape the future of intelligent information systems.
