Collin Graf, a highly sought-after NCAA free agent, has decided to sign with the San Jose Sharks out of 24 NHL teams that were vying for his services. On Friday, Graf participated in his first practice with the Sharks, lining up on the right wing alongside William Eklund and Luke Kunin. There is a possibility that Graf may make his NHL debut either on Saturday against the St. Louis Blues or on Sunday against the Arizona Coyotes, depending on how he feels after a recent cross-country flight.

According to TSN, the Sharks were straightforward with Graf about the opportunity they were offering him, which ultimately led to his decision to sign with them. The Sharks coach David Quinn mentioned that Graf’s family will be coming to see him play soon. Graf attributed his decision to join the Sharks to the honesty that was shown to him by the organization. Quinn expressed confidence in Graf’s abilities and is looking forward to seeing him in action over the weekend.
