On Saturday evening, the Berlin fire department received two emergency calls that required immediate attention. One of these incidents occurred in Grunewald, where a fire broke out in an apartment on the first floor of a multi-story house on Wildpfad. The blaze was reported at around 6:44 p.m., and the fire department quickly mobilized 56 firefighters to the scene.
Meanwhile, in Reinickendorf, another large-scale operation was underway. At around 6:58 p.m., a fire erupted on the second floor of a seven-story high-rise building on Deutsche Straße. This incident required the deployment of a turntable ladder to rescue four individuals from the burning apartment. A total of ten people were assessed by emergency services, and four individuals were taken to hospitals with minor injuries. The fire department sent 60 personnel to respond to this incident.
