Adventist Health recently announced the addition of two hospitals, Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital, to its network. These hospitals are now operating under the names Adventist Health Sierra Vista and Adventist Health Twin Cities in San Luis Obispo County. Kerry L. Heinrich, president and CEO of Adventist Health, expressed his excitement about the expansion, stating that the organization is dedicated to providing the community with access to the full continuum of care.

Eleze Armstrong, a leader with experience at both facilities, will step into the role of interim CEO starting Friday. Patients should not experience any interruptions in their care during this transition, as all insurance plans will still be accepted and appointments with providers will remain unchanged. It is important to note that the hospitals are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved.
