WWE2K24 Adds New Battle Types and Enhancements for a Thrilling Wrestling Experience

Wrestling fans can rejoice this year as some of the most popular battle types make a return in WWE2K24. These include guest referee, ambulance, coffin battle, and the GAUNTLET, which is a Mortal Kombat tower-style battle where you must defeat a new opponent each time. These battles add an exciting element to the game, especially when combined with other mods such as Universe Mod.

Although there are no significant changes to how battles are conducted, there are some minor upgrades that make them more interesting. More moves now have fatigue animations, so using them when low on STAMINA will cause you to fall flat on your back. A new addition to the game is the ability to trigger a fist fight mini-game in the middle of the arena, where both sides must press buttons in time to land blows on their opponent. The most exciting addition is the Super Pinsher move, which is a devastating move from which there is no return.

WWE2K24 includes many of the same mods as last year, including MY RISE and MY FACTION, with some upgrades. The GM MODE has received significant love and attention, with more types of fights, deeper talent searches, trading wrestlers between programs, and engaging dialogue options with your roster. The UNIVERSE MODE still has limitations in terms of rivalry options and scene interactions between wrestlers.
