The Milwaukee VA Medical Center is hosting a Whole Health Retreat on Tuesday, April 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 5000 W. National Ave. This event is designed to provide veterans with an opportunity to learn more about holistic health practices and how they can improve their overall well-being.

The retreat will feature a variety of sessions including panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and resource sharing focused on Whole Health methods and benefits. There is no prior registration required to attend the retreat, making it accessible to all veterans who are interested in learning more about holistic health practices.

The program will offer Tai Chi, chair exercises, clinical hypnotherapy, and other activities aimed at enhancing quality of life for veterans. The Whole Health approach emphasizes non-medical strategies to improve overall well-being and is designed to support veterans in managing their health independently.
