Nearly 2,000 people participated in the On Our Sleeves 5K event on Saturday in Columbus, Ohio. The weather was perfect for a run and the event took place at the Columbus Crew’s Lower.com Field. This community run and walk aimed to raise awareness, break stigmas, and fundraise for children’s mental health through On Our Sleeves.

Whitney Raglin Bignall, the associate clinical director for Nationwide Children’s Hospital, emphasized the importance of continuing to discuss mental health and breaking the stigmas associated with it. By raising awareness and funds, individuals can come together to support the cause and help provide essential mental health resources.
