The University of South Carolina has a reputation for excellence in two key areas: women’s college basketball and international business. USC’s Darla Moore School of Business is particularly recognized for its number one international business program, which has been ranked at the top for 25 years at the undergraduate level and 11 years at the international MBA level.

The program’s international focus and experiential learning component make it highly selective, attracting top students from around the world. Its study abroad opportunities are second to none, with partnerships established with over 50 high-ranking business schools globally.

Despite being a rigorous major, graduates of the program have found success in the job market, with a job placement rate close to 98%. This success can be attributed to the strong academic foundation and opportunities provided through the program.

In addition to international business, USC’s Darla Moore School of Business is also nationally recognized for its programs in supply chain management and accounting. These programs have gained recognition during times like the pandemic when supply chain issues have come into sharp focus.

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, USC will be hosting a two-day event next week that will showcase the achievements and impact of its international business program over the years. The event will include panel discussions, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities for students and alumni alike.
