New Ownership for SDS Technology: Enhancing Cybersecurity Services and Community Involvement

Pike Avenue Partners has recently acquired SDS Technology, a company that has been serving the Effingham area for 40 years. The ownership group, consisting of the Bernie Blanchette, Paul Koerner, and Phil Koerner families, is thrilled to be part of the SDS family. Over the years, SDS has grown by acquiring local computer companies and establishing itself as a leader in providing high-quality custom programming and IT services in the area.

Bernie Blanchette, President of Pike Avenue Partners, expressed his excitement about the acquisition and the opportunity to support the existing customer base of SDS. All current staff members at SDS Technology will remain with the company, including Steve Schallert, who will stay on for a period to oversee the transition.
