In a major development for Tel Aviv’s urban landscape, the Israel Land Authority has announced a tender for a commercial and/or office complex in the “South of the Kiriya” project. The project spans over 5 hectares, with commercial zones covering approximately 25,000 square meters, office spaces totaling around 354,000 sq.m., and public facilities totaling approximately 16,900 sq.m.

The upcoming neighborhood will also feature approximately 648 units of “D Special” housing across a 2-hectare area, as well as spaces allocated for tourism and vacation hotels covering half a hectare. Furthermore, road infrastructure and pedestrian pathways will be enhanced on 6 hectares of the development, while 4.4 hectares will be designated for open areas, including a central park with preserved trees and buildings.

This plot falls under the Ta/3000 plan and is intended to serve as a central business center that aligns with Tel Aviv’s urban development goals. The minimum price and development expenses for the project are yet to be revealed; however, it marks a new phase in the development of a mixed-use business and residential center that incorporates open spaces and existing structures in a prime city location.
