On April 25, 2024, three individuals passed away in Johnstown and St. Petersburg. Lois Irene (Bastian) Barton, aged 96, passed away in Johnstown. She was the daughter of Michael and Anna (Kehl) Bastian and was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, as well as her siblings, Florence and Charles. Lois is survived by her children: Anna Marie (Paul) Doherty, Michael (Deborah), Sandra (Ronald) Stombaugh, and more.
Also on April 25, 2024, Ella J. “Judy” Carroll, aged 89, of Chest Springs passed away. Born in Glen Daniel W.Va., she was the daughter of Dalton and Delila (Brooks) Claypool. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph L. Carroll and her sons David Martin “Duff” and Michael Lee.
Stacy Elise Lasser aged 45 of Hollidaysburg passed away on April 25th after bravely fighting liver cancer. She is survived by her loving parents Byron and Ronna Schwartz Lasser as well as uncles, aunts
