In 2021, Pizza 4P’s Joint Stock Company announced a 38.5% increase in profit to about 115.3 billion VND, with an average daily profit of around 315 million VND. This was more than double the profit levels before the pandemic and marked a significant improvement from the previous year. The company’s equity is expected to reach over 267 billion VND by the end of 2023, marking a nearly 77% increase from the previous year.

The pizza restaurant chain, founded by a Japanese couple in Vietnam, has positioned itself as a restaurant rather than a fast food store. With locations in major cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, as well as in Cambodia, Japan, and soon India, the chain is well-established and has shown strong growth and profitability. In addition to their restaurant model, they also operate in cheese production, trading and retailing of dairy products, supplying these items to various establishments and selling directly and online within their own restaurants.

Despite facing losses due to the impact of Covid-19 in the two years prior to 2021, Pizza 4P’s has bounced back with strong financial performance. Their liabilities decreased slightly to about 208 billion VND and bond debt was cleared. The company’s plans for further expansion in the coming years are promising as they continue to grow their business both domestically and internationally.
