The Philadelphia Phillies announced a partnership with Comcast Spectacor for a mixed-use development project at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. John Middleton, managing partner and CEO of the Phillies, emphasized the importance of the team’s fan base and community in shaping the project.
The first phase of the project will include a mid-sized concert venue, hotel, retail shops, and an outdoor plaza in the area between Pattison Avenue and the Wells Fargo Center. Updates to Xfinity Live! are also in progress, with completion expected by 2028.
