In October 2023, a woman reported to the Aurora Police that Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of Aurora Employment Testing, had sexually assaulted her after she provided a urinalysis sample at his business. Investigators are now urging any other potential victims to come forward with their experiences.

Duka, 60, was arrested on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The incident was previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing and had been operating under this name since March 2015 before Duka changed it in February of the previous year.

As the investigation progressed, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit uncovered two additional incidents involving Duka and female victims that took place in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with misdemeanors for unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported. The investigation is ongoing, and potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
