Willi Candra has been appointed as the Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Conair LLC by President and CEO Kristie Juster. Candra will be joining a leadership team that is committed to gaining market share by developing a top-notch digital capability.

Prior to his appointment at Conair, Candra worked at Kimball International as the Chief Digital and Information Officer, where he led the company’s digital transformation and established a center-led Digital and IT Center of Excellence that enabled commercial success. Before that, he held several digital and technology leadership positions at Newell Brands, where he collaborated with business units to enhance commercial growth and accelerate business development.

In his new role at Conair, Candra will be responsible for consolidating the digital team, IT, and business support teams to enhance and expedite digital capabilities, including data analytics and program management. He will work closely with business leaders to drive the digital agenda and bring about transformation within Conair.

Juster expressed her excitement about having Candra join the Conair team, stating that she believes his leadership, coupled with the new organizational structure, will bring about increased rigor and help accelerate business growth at all levels.
