Nemo Nanomaterials, a company specializing in producing additives for plastic components, has announced plans to establish a production plant in Israel within the next year. The company aims to expand its operations to meet the increasing demand for additives in the US and Europe.

Nemo’s intellectual property includes unique production technology and special components, with patent applications already filed and more in preparation. Most of the demand in Europe has been generated through a collaboration between Nemo and Kafarit Group, a leading producer of concentrates for the plastics industry. The strategic agreement between the two companies includes investment from Kafarit in Nemo and joint marketing efforts for Nemo products.

The new production line in Petah Tikva will focus on thermoplastic materials and cater to a wide range of industry requirements. Founded by Alexander Zinigard and Yonatan Entavi, Nemo Nanomaterials aims to leverage advanced nanocarbons to enhance properties of industrial materials. The use of nanomaterials offers optimization of industrial processes, from reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution to improving efficiency and material properties.

Nemo is preparing for a fundraising round to support its growth and innovation. With its diverse range of additives tailored for various industries and applications, Nemo Nanomaterials is set to revolutionize the plastics industry with its cutting-edge technology.
