Michael Langman has recently been appointed as the vice president of commercial aerospace & defense sales and business development at SparkCognition. Prior to this new role, he served as the VP of strategy, sales, and business development for the company’s government systems business. Langman made the announcement of his new position through a LinkedIn post on Friday.

Throughout his career, Langman has accumulated extensive experience in various roles within the industry. He began his career as a corporate development/M&A executive at Rockwell Collins before moving on to The McLean Group as a managing director. Later, he worked as a senior director of corporate business development at Thales’ U.S. business arm before joining SparkCognition Government Systems as vice president.

Langman’s diverse background and experience make him an excellent addition to the SparkCognition team. In addition to his corporate experience, he also served in the U.S. Army for five years, reaching the rank of captain before transitioning to the business sector. His unique perspective and expertise will undoubtedly be valuable in his new role at SparkCognition.
