Five vehicles were found underwater, but no victims were found inside. The search for the missing workers is ongoing. According to authorities, several workers fell into the waters of the Patapsco River while repairing potholes on a bridge in Baltimore. Two workers were rescued, with one in serious condition. Six people are still missing, and the search continues using boats and divers.

Photographs of the accident show the ship losing power before striking the bridge support. Work crews were on the bridge at the time of the collapse. Sonar detected multiple vehicles in the water, which is approximately 50 feet deep. The ship’s lights went out suddenly and the vessel changed direction, leading to the collision. An emergency message was sent about the electricity problem, helping to save lives.
