Italians continue to show a consistent trend in their purchasing habits, with regular buyers for the third consecutive year, according to a recent report by Idealo. Despite economic challenges such as inflation and the energy crisis, the e-commerce sector in Italy remains resilient and competitive. Online shopping is becoming more conscious and informed among Italian consumers, with 47% using price comparison tools to access product information and 46% searching for special offers and discounts. The report also highlights Italy’s growing interest in the second-hand market, particularly in electronics, with a 4% increase in interest compared to the previous year.
