Bob Faith, founder, chairman, and CEO of global real estate firm Greystar, has been recognized as one of the world’s richest people by Forbes. He ranks No. 511 on the “World’s Billionaire List” with a net worth of $5.8 billion. His real-time net worth ranking recently climbed to No. 505.

French fashion and retail mogul Bernard Arnault and family top the list with a net worth of $233 billion, followed closely by Americans Elon Musk ($195 billion) and Jeff Bezos ($194 billion). You can access the full list on Forbes’ website.

In 2023, Faith was ranked No. 182 on Forbes’ 400 Richest People in America list. For over three decades, he has overseen all aspects of Greystar, which he founded in 1993. His responsibilities include managing organizational structure, strategic planning, and company growth. Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also previously served as South Carolina secretary of commerce from 2002-06.
