At the age of four, Hämäläinen had her first experience in a rally car. Although she initially felt scared and wanted to get out, this encounter sparked her interest in rallies. Over time, she became more passionate about the sport and decided to pursue it at the age of 19 or 20. Today, Hämäläinen navigates for Emil Lindholm and has won the WRC2 title with him.
