Julia is a partner with PwC Singapore’s Digital Regulatory Risk & Compliance practice, specializing in risk and transformation. With over 20 years of experience, she has led various programs in core banking, compliance, operational risk, finance transformation, corporate governance, ERM, and internal audit reviews.
Clients appreciate her ability to connect the dots and co-create practical, tailored solutions for their specific needs. In her previous roles as private banking industry lead, banking governance, risk and compliance leader, and digital transformation services leader within the firm, Julia demonstrated a strong leadership style that helped drive successful outcomes for clients.
Julia is not just focused on her work with clients; she also gives back to the community through board directorship and mentoring. Currently serving on the Boards of Trustees for ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies) and the Building Construction Authority as well as the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. She also mentors with Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
