The Tulsa World is set to recognize the top high school athletes in the Tulsa area with the All-World Awards for the 2023-24 season. This week, finalists for winter sports will be announced, and fans can vote for their favorite high school fans, mascots, bands, cheer squads, and dance teams in the Fans of the Year contest.

Boys basketball, swimming, and wrestling finalists have already been announced, with girls basketball finalists set to be revealed on Saturday. The World’s All-State boys and girls basketball selections will also be announced on Sunday. Fall sports athlete of the year finalists were revealed last year in football, cross country, volleyball, and softball.

The 2023-24 All-World honors will cover a range of sports including boys and girls basketball, wrestling, swimming, football, softball, volleyball, and cross country. Spring sports finalists will be announced in early June along with winners for specialty awards such as best comeback, inspirational and scholar athletes, and a lifetime achievement award.

The winners for athletes of the year in each sport will be revealed at the eighth annual All-World Awards banquet presented by Bill Knight Automotive on Thursday June 20th at Cox Business Convention Center’s Legacy Hall.
