As the 2024 NCAA Tournament reaches the Sweet 16 stage, I have evaluated each team’s performance through the first two rounds of action and provided grades to highlight their achievements. Some teams have truly stood out, earning A+ grades for their impressive play, such as Purdue, Duke, and UConn.
However, not all teams have performed as expected. Kentucky, the highest-seeded team to be eliminated in the first round, received a low grade for their underwhelming performance. Despite other teams also struggling, Kentucky’s loss to a No. 14 seed Oakland team was particularly notable.
