The panel will include Brian Castrucci, president and CEO of the de Beaumont Foundation; Dr. Lyssa Ochoa, founder of the San Antonio Vascular and Endovascular Clinic; and Phil Beckett, CEO of C3HIE. Each organization represented on the panel is committed to enhancing healthcare in San Antonio and its surrounding communities.

The de Beaumont Foundation focuses on promoting policies and building partnerships to improve public health in communities. The San Antonio Vascular and Endovascular Clinic collaborates with various healthcare providers to create personalized treatment plans for patients. C3HIE offers information services aimed at enhancing the health outcomes of individuals and communities.
