San Bernardino County health inspectors have been busy this week, closing and then permitting the reopening of various restaurants and food establishments. Birrieria Guadalajara in Ontario was closed on April 5 due to insufficient hot water, while Jimmie’s Market & Liquor in San Bernardino was closed on April 4 because of a sewage overflow but was able to reopen the next day. Tempe House in San Bernardino was also closed on April 4 due to a cockroach infestation.
