Our tour of the Fort William World Cup pits provided us with an exclusive look at the latest technology and bikes used by the world’s top downhill mountain bikers. Riders such as Greg Minnaar, Tahnee Seagrave, Nina Hoffmann, and factory team members have access to a dedicated mechanic, team manager, chef, and sports massage therapist for support. These riders also carry spare bikes in case of emergencies.
