Every year, Great Place to Work® releases a ranking of the “Best Places to Work in Argentina 2024” based on the opinions of over 140,000 employees from 350 companies. The ranking is split into categories based on the number of employees in each company, with Cervecería Quilmes and Accenture leading the way in companies with over 1,000 employees.

DHL Express took first place in the category of companies with 251 to 1,000 employees, while LinkSolution secured the top spot in the category of companies with a maximum of 250 employees. The survey that determines the ranking consists of 60 questions that assess workplace environment and employee experiences.

This year’s awards event was once again held in person at the Alvear Icon Hotel in Puerto Madero, bringing together 500 CEOs and HR representatives from leading companies to celebrate the ranking and discuss creating a great workplace for all employees. GPTW emphasized the importance of fostering a sense of pride among employees, which contributes to business success and talent retention.

An analysis of this year’s ranking revealed a growth in employee perception regarding communication expectations. While most companies received positive feedback regarding their purpose and pride, there were variations based on age groups and hierarchical levels. GPTW evaluates employee experiences based on an organization’s size, workforce composition, and industry norms.
