Science Museum Oklahoma is currently offering a new and exciting experience for visitors. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the museum with Arca Continental Coca-Cola Porch to learn more about this new show. I spoke with Waylon Troyer, the planetarium director, who shared details about the museum’s latest offering – a laser light show that will be running until June 15th.
According to Troyer, the museum has been featuring various laser light shows for many years and visitors have been requesting their return. The shows involve multiple projectors that create captivating visuals on the dome, synchronized with music to create an incredible display. Troyer mentioned that these shows have separate admission from regular museum entry and that showtimes are at 7 and 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
