In the 2024 World’s Strongest Man competition, Tom Stoltman has claimed his title for the third time in four years. He dominated the Atlas Stones event on Sunday, finishing with 53 total points and securing his win. This puts him 5.5 points ahead of second-place finisher Mitchell Hooper, the defending champion from 2023.

Hooper was unable to stop Stoltman from achieving another title, just as he did last year when he prevented Stoltman from achieving a rare three-peat. With this win, Stoltman now shares the title of third on the all-time winners list of the WSM with American Bill Kazmaeir (1980, 1981, 1982).

Stoltman, who is 29 years old, consistently placed no lower than third in any of the six events held over the two-day finals. He tied for the most points in the Max Axle event and the Keg Toss on the first day of competition, putting him in the lead heading into day two.

Evan Singleton, an American competitor, finished in third place overall and was the highest-placing American in the event. Meanwhile, Luke Stoltman, Tom’s brother and a European champion, finished in ninth place shortly after winning Europe’s Strongest Man.
