The attack on Crocus City Hall in Moscow has left at least 40 people dead and over 100 injured, including children. The terrorist attack has caused shock and heightened tensions in Russia at a critical moment. The commando responsible for the attack was carried out by ISIS, as claimed through the Telegram channel of the Amaq agency. However, there is still uncertainty surrounding the true perpetrators of the attack.
