Bryan Johnson, founder of Braintree, recently posted pictures of his facial transformation on social media, prompting mixed reactions from users. Some people felt that Johnson looked better before starting his anti-aging regimen in 2021, while others appreciated his efforts to improve his appearance. Despite Johnson’s attempts to reverse the aging process, some comments suggested that he was aging faster than ever.

Johnson’s intense anti-aging routine includes daily supplements, high-intensity workouts three times a week, and monthly colonoscopies and MRIs. His doctors claim that this routine has significantly improved his heart, skin, and lung capacity. Acknowledging the noticeable changes in his appearance from 2018 to 2024, Johnson joked about his transformation and asked social media users to vote on when they thought he had “peaked.” Over 39,000 people have participated in the poll so far, with a majority believing Johnson peaked in 2018.
