Next month, St. Joseph will host its first-ever Local Business Dodgeball Tournament, where participants can test their skills and have a blast. Rhonda Juell, the Director of St. Joe Parks and Recreation, was inspired to organize this event after seeing a successful tournament in Arizona. She reached out to businesses in St. Joseph to gauge interest and they responded positively.

The tournament will be held on May 29th at Kennedy Community School and companies from outside of St. Joseph are also invited to participate. Each team must have at least eight players to compete. Juell is hoping for 16 teams to sign up for the double-elimination format event, with the winning team receiving a championship trophy to display proudly. This event promises to bring the community closer through sport and camaraderie and is open to all businesses looking for some friendly competition.
