Sony is rebranding its BRAVIA televisions as a lineup of devices designed for movie watching and enhancing the home theater experience. With the new BRAVIA 9 models, Sony aims to bring the cinema sound experience to the home. All the new BRAVIA televisions are equipped with Sony’s XR processor, which features a scene recognition system that optimizes images with maximum realism. The BRAVIA 9 models boast a QLED Mini LED panel with 4K Ultra HD resolution, offering exceptional brightness and precise backlight control for a detailed viewing experience.

The BRAVIA 9 series features technologies like Backlight Master Drive, X-Anti Reflection, and X-Wide Angle to provide superior contrast, reduced reflections, and natural image viewpoints. The televisions also integrate Acoustic Multi-Audio+ for immersive surround sound and a top-beam tweeter speaker for a cinema-like audio experience. In addition to the televisions, Sony has introduced a new line of BRAVIA Theater home audio products, such as neckband-style speakers and sound bars, designed to offer immersive sound quality equivalent to that of movie theaters. These products feature technologies like 360 Spatial Sound Mapping and Optimized Sound Field for a surround sound experience.

Users can control the settings for Voice Zoom 3 technology, acoustic center synchronization, BRAVIA Theater audio products, and other TV functions through the BRAVIA Connect application. The new Sony televisions and audio products are available for pre-order at various price points, starting from 2,999 euros for the BRAVIA 7 model.
