Shakira is set to hit the road on tour and reunite with her fans. The announcement of her 2024 tour was made during her surprise appearance at Coachella with Bizarrap. On Tuesday morning, Shakira shared the first set of tour dates which includes a 14-date trek starting on Nov. 2 in Palm Desert, California.

This tour marks Shakira’s first since 2018’s “El Dorado” global outing and she expressed her excitement for the tour, calling it the “tour of my life” in an interview with Billboard. She also mentioned that she drew inspiration from Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour.

In the last two years, despite the hiatus from touring, Shakira has been busy. In 2023, she received multiple awards at the Latin Grammy Awards including song of the year and best pop song for “Music Sessions Vol. 53” and best urban fusion/performance for “TQG.” “Music Sessions Vol. 53” also set a record as the Spanish language song with the most streams on Spotify in a single day.

Shakira’s “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour” will feature songs from her new album as well as her previous hits. Tickets for the tour will be available starting with a Citi presale on April 17, followed by additional presales throughout the week. The general sale will begin on April 22. The tour routing includes cities like Phoenix, San Antonio, Dallas, Charlotte, Washington DC, Boston, Montreal, Detroit and more.
