Russian Town Evacuated Following Dam Burst: Footage Shows Flooding in Homes and Houses at Risk

On Friday, a dam in the Russian mountain town of Orsk in the Urals burst, leading to an evacuation of the population. According to TASS, 4,000 houses housing around 10,000 residents of the suburban area of Orska were flooded.
