With this new automation, advisors can build these pages in minutes using templates and tools, eliminating the need for waiting.
The refreshed design and enhanced technology not only benefit advisors but also their clients in several ways. Clients can independently book directly on the page, receive automated email notifications of new bookings, and access the group’s bookings in the VAX Groups Dashboard. Every booking made through the custom event page counts towards advisor commissions, ALGV loyalty status, rewards, and more.
The features within this new technology also allow advisors to increase profitability and protect their business by adding their agency’s terms and fees. The inclusion of a “Meet Your Travel Advisor” section enables advisors to personalize the page with their agency logo, information, and messaging. Sharing trip information and details on the group’s dedicated hub makes communication between advisors, group leaders, and group members more efficient.
Travel advisors can enhance these custom event pages by adding additional features like event schedules and external links to wedding registry pages or their agency’s website.
