Muller Technology, a leading provider of factory automation solutions, is set to showcase its new line of custom mobile robotic systems at NPE2024 in Orlando, FL, from May 6 to 10. The company aims to revolutionize traditional downstream automation with its innovative Mobile Manipulators (MoMas) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).

The MoMa represents a cutting-edge combination of an AMR and a cobot, equipped with a vision-based end-of-arm tool. These versatile machines are capable of performing complex tasks in cleanrooms for microprocessor production and can operate continuously 24/7. With the ability to pick up items from shelves, assemble components, place delicate objects, and carry empty or full boxes or pallets, the MoMa can execute repetitive assembly processes with ease and transport goods to warehouses or trucks with minimal effort.

Muller has partnered with Omron, a leading AMR manufacturer, and serves as an Omron Certified Systems Integrator. Together they offer turnkey automation solutions that integrate AMRs and MoMas into manufacturing operations at their facilities in Colorado and Switzerland.

Carsten Eisenkrämer, Group CEO of Muller Technology, emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and providing advanced solutions to address the challenges faced by the manufacturing industry. With their latest product line and service offerings, Muller aims to empower plastics manufacturers to achieve higher levels of efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

In a recent project led by Muller involving AMRs, 23 employees were promoted to higher-level roles within their operation. This demonstrates the positive impact of automation on plant efficiency and cost reduction. Attendees can visit Muller at Booth S12171 during NPE2024 at the Orange County Convention Center to learn more about their cutting-edge automation solutions that are set to revolutionize downstream automation in the manufacturing industry.
