The US Postal Service is pleased to announce the list of carrier applicants who have been conditionally approved to participate in the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. This program will provide health benefits to postal employees and their families starting on January 1, 2025. The PSHB Program is designed to align with the Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, allowing postal employees to view and make changes to their coverage during the upcoming 2024 open season.
