The Philadelphia Eagles have added another free agent linebacker to their roster, with Oren Burks becoming the latest signing. He joins Zack Baun and Devin White, who were also welcomed to the team this week. Dianna Russini of TheAthletic.com reports that Burks signed a one-year deal worth up to $2.5 million.

Burks was originally a 2018 third-round pick by the Green Bay Packers and spent four seasons with the team before moving to the San Francisco 49ers in 2022. During his time in Green Bay, he played in 32 regular season games and six playoff games, starting nine times and also contributing on special teams. Burks recorded 95 tackles, 1.5 sacks, an interception, and a fumble recovery while playing for the Niners.
