Bernard, a seasoned marketing and business development professional with nearly 15 years of experience, has joined Genumark as senior director of business development. She will be based in New York City and will focus on driving revenue growth and cultivating client relationships.

In her new role, Bernard is excited to work with the company’s talented sales team and align her personal values and professional goals with Genumark’s mission, style, and go-to-market strategy. Before joining Genumark, Bernard was a senior business development manager at ParsonsKellogg in East Providence, RI. She also has experience working at Axis Promotions, now part of HALO Branded Solutions, and Fingerprint Promotions. Her diverse background in marketing and business development will be an asset to Genumark as it expands its presence in the U.S. market.

Genumark CEO Mitch Freed welcomed Bernard to the team, emphasizing her dynamic approach and expertise in marketing and business development. He sees her leadership as vital for the company’s expansion into the U.S. market and is confident in her ability to elevate the brand and deliver value to clients.

Bernard’s appointment is part of Genumark’s strategy to grow its presence in the U.S. market. The company recently added Mandi Rudd as director of new markets and Johanna Gottlieb as vice president of business development. With these appointments, Genumark continues to strengthen its position as a leading distributor in the promotional products industry, ranked 38th on Counselor’s list of largest distributors based on 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $51.4 million.
